Trevor Scott

co-Host of “We are Austin” on KEYE - CBS

Trevor Scott can be seen on local televisions every weekday morning as co-host of the CBS Austin morning program We Are Austin, proudly shining a spotlight on the people, stories, and efforts that make central Texas such a special place to call home. Trevor’s career in television spans more than 20 years, with experience in front of and behind the camera sharing his passion for storytelling. 

Trevor is regularly and actively involved in Austin’s non-profit community where he currently serves as event co-chair for the Austin Child Guidance Center’s annual Austin Originals Benefit Concert at Moody theatre, Media Mentor with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Texas Youth Arts Initiative, Mobile Loaves and Fishes food truck team-leader, First United Methodist Church of Austin Administrative Board member, and member of the LGBTQ Reconciling Ministries. Trevor is passionate about helping build a fair, inclusive Austin where every person opportunity, a voice, and a quality of life. Trevor lives in Austin with his husband Davis, and their pup Julie.
